With a heart for caregiving and a passion for quality healthcare, Tabitha Alexander is the Founder and President of T&T Homecare Partners LLC. She brings 16 years of experience in the medical field, holding multiple certifications, including a Medical Assistant license, Phlebotomy license, and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification. Currently, she is furthering her education by working toward her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) to expand her expertise and continue making a meaningful impact in healthcare.

Beyond her professional qualifications, Tabitha’s dedication to caregiving extends into her personal life. She has firsthand experience providing compassionate, hands-on care as she looks after her two grandparents, aged 81 and 80, who remain in great health. She is also a proud mother of two teenagers who share her passion for caregiving and actively help provide care for their great-grandparents. Her daughter is even inspired to follow in her footsteps and is working toward a future career in nursing.

This deep personal connection to caregiving fuels her mission to ensure that every client at T&T Homecare Partners LLC receives the same level of respect, dignity, and high-quality care that she provides to her own family. LeTaurus Williams

CEO, Founder, President

With a deep passion for caregiving and a commitment to helping others, LeTaurus Williams is the CEO, Founder, and President of T&T Homecare Partners LLC. With years of experience in the healthcare field, he has dedicated his career to ensuring that individuals—especially seniors and those with disabilities—receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.

LeTaurus has firsthand experience as a caregiver, providing daily support to his 81 and 80-year-old family members, alongside Tabitha Alexander. He takes pride in helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and overall well-being, ensuring they remain comfortable and self-sufficient in their own home.

Beyond personal caregiving, LeTaurus has also served the community as a DART Paratransit driver, safely transporting elderly and disabled clients to their destinations. Through this role, he built strong relationships with his passengers, always going the extra mile to ensure they felt valued, respected, and empowered to maintain an active lifestyle. His kindness, patience, and willingness to assist with anything they needed made him a beloved figure among his clients.

With eight years of experience in the healthcare field, Robertnesha Alexander brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role as Administrator of T&T Homecare Partners LLC. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, which has equipped her with the skills to oversee operations, ensure compliance, and enhance the quality of care provided to our clients.

As a first-time mom to a beautiful baby girl, Robertnesha understands the importance of compassionate, patient-centered care—not just in her professional role, but in everyday life. Her passion for healthcare stems from a deep commitment to helping individuals and families receive the support they need to live comfortably and independently.

With her expertise in healthcare administration, leadership, and patient advocacy, Robertnesha plays a key role in ensuring that T&T Homecare Partners LLC maintains the highest standards of excellence.
